Website use

This website is operated by DIG DUG ENTERTAINMENT PTY LTD (ABN 65 685 099 343) trading as Bendigo Bowl ("Bendigo Bowl", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. We do our best to keep prices, hours and session details up to date, but they can change without notice – please ring us if something is important to your plans.

Bookings

Lane and party bookings are made through our online booking system (ComputerScore) and are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your session. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you on the lanes on time.

Venue rules

Enclosed footwear is required for bowling – bowling shoes are available at the counter. No outside food or drink may be brought into the centre. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave, including for unsafe or disruptive behaviour. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Functions and events

Minimum numbers may apply to some packages. A deposit may be required to confirm group bookings and function packages. Final guest numbers and catering choices need to be confirmed at least 7 days before your event, and charges are based on those confirmed numbers.

Liability

Bowling and arcade activities carry some risk and participants take part at their own risk. We take reasonable care to keep the centre safe, but to the extent permitted by law Bendigo Bowl is not liable for personal injury, or for loss of or damage to personal property, while you are on site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

Personal information we collect for bookings and enquiries is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not share your details with third parties except where it is needed to complete your booking.

Intellectual property

All content on this website – text, photos, logos and design – is owned by Bendigo Bowl unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our permission.
